Your account settings page gives you a central place to review your profile information and manage your account. You can access it at /dashboard/settings from anywhere in the Aytada dashboard.

Profile information

The settings page displays the following read-only profile details pulled from your authentication provider:
  • Name — your display name as registered
  • Email address — the email associated with your account
  • Authentication provider — how you signed in (for example, Google or email/password)
  • Member since — the date your account was created

Updating your display name

You can change the name shown in the dashboard from the settings page. Your display name is used in email notifications and the project studio header.

Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data from the settings page. Deletion requests are processed manually.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your projects, generated assets, and remaining credit balance will be removed.

Transactional emails

Aytada sends the following transactional emails to keep you informed about your account activity:

WelcomeSent once when you create a new account
Purchase confirmationSent after every successful credit purchase
Video readySent when your video ad finishes rendering and is ready to download
Transactional emails are sent from noreply@aytada.app. These emails confirm important account events and cannot be unsubscribed from individually. If you are not receiving them, check your spam folder or contact support.
