Profile information
The settings page displays the following read-only profile details pulled from your authentication provider:- Name — your display name as registered
- Email address — the email associated with your account
- Authentication provider — how you signed in (for example, Google or email/password)
- Member since — the date your account was created
Updating your display name
You can change the name shown in the dashboard from the settings page. Your display name is used in email notifications and the project studio header.Account actions

Reach the Aytada team at support@aytada.com for billing questions, generation issues, or general help.
Request account deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data from the settings page. Deletion requests are processed manually.
Transactional emails
Aytada sends the following transactional emails to keep you informed about your account activity:| When it is sent | |

| Welcome | Sent once when you create a new account |
| Purchase confirmation | Sent after every successful credit purchase |
| Video ready | Sent when your video ad finishes rendering and is ready to download |
Transactional emails are sent from noreply@aytada.app. These emails confirm important account events and cannot be unsubscribed from individually. If you are not receiving them, check your spam folder or contact support.
