    Aytada generates four types of marketing creative from a single campaign context:

    * **Video Ads** — cinematic short-form ads for TikTok (9:16), Instagram (1:1), and YouTube (16:9), available in Standard or Pro quality
    * **Ad Banners** — typography-first display banners with AI-composited product photography
    * **Social Flyers** — eye-catching promotional flyers and posters for product launches and brand awareness
    * **Brand Jingles** — professional audio tracks and jingles matched to your brand tone and ad style

    All assets are generated from the same campaign context, so your brand identity, awareness stage, and creative style are consistent across formats.

  <Accordion title="How does the credit system work?">
    Aytada uses a pure credit system — there are no token abstractions or hidden charges. You buy a credit package and spend credits only when you generate rendered assets.

    Strategy sessions, idea generation, and scene breakdowns are always free. Credits are deducted only for production steps like video rendering, voiceover generation, stitching, banners, and jingles.

  <Accordion title="Can I use my own brand identity?">
    Yes. When you create a product in Aytada, you can upload your logo and provide a brand description. The AI analyzes both to understand your visual identity, tone, and positioning. This brand context is carried through every generation step — from the campaign strategy to the final video render — so your assets feel consistent with your existing brand.

    You can also provide a phonetic pronunciation of your brand name to ensure the AI voiceover says it correctly.

  <Accordion title="What is the Awareness Stage framework?">
    Aytada uses the **Five Stages of Customer Awareness**, a framework developed by advertising pioneer Eugene Schwartz. Instead of generic audience segments, you choose the mindset of the customer you are targeting:

    1. **Unaware** — does not know they have a problem yet
    2. **Problem Aware** — recognizes the pain but does not know solutions exist
    3. **Solution Aware** — knows solutions exist but has not chosen one
    4. **Product Aware** — knows your product but has not committed
    5. **Most Aware** — ready to buy, needs an offer or final push

    The AI adapts the hook, narrative structure, and call to action of every ad to match the selected stage, ensuring your message resonates with where your audience is in their buying journey.

    Most assets are produced quickly:

    * **Full campaign strategy** — under 5 minutes from product description to complete multi-channel strategy
    * **Ad banners and social flyers** — approximately 30 seconds per asset
    * **Video ads** — varies by scene count and quality tier; Standard quality is faster than Pro

    Generation speed depends on the AI models used and current load. You will receive an email notification when your video ad is ready.

    No. Credits never expire. Your balance remains available indefinitely until you spend it. There are no rollover limits or use-it-or-lose-it policies.

    Aytada accepts:

    * **PayPal (USD)** — for global users; supports credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balance
    * **Paystack (ZAR)** — for South African users; supports all major South African cards

    Credits are only deducted for successful generations. If a generation step fails, no credits are charged and the project is marked with a failed status in your dashboard. You can retry from the project studio without losing your previous work. Aytada tracks failed generations internally to improve reliability over time.

  <Accordion title="What video formats and aspect ratios are supported?">
    Aytada supports three aspect ratios to cover the major short-form video platforms:

    * **9:16 vertical** — optimized for TikTok and Instagram Reels
    * **1:1 square** — optimized for Instagram feed posts
    * **16:9 landscape** — optimized for YouTube and standard display

    You select the format when you create a new project. All video rendering, banner, and flyer generation adapts to the chosen aspect ratio automatically.

  <Accordion title="Can I clone my own voice for voiceover?">
    Yes. Aytada supports voice cloning for custom voiceovers. To clone your voice, upload an audio sample between 5 and 30 seconds from the project studio. The AI creates a voice model from your sample and uses it for all voiceover generation in that project. This is ideal for creator brands and personal brand campaigns where consistency of voice matters.
